Wellness Program
At 180 Physical Therapy, we are dedicated to promoting wellness and healthy lifestyles. One of the ways we accomplish this is by offering a free month of our wellness program to all of our patients. This wellness program enables each person to utilize our gym equipment after a customized program is established which addresses their individual goals. The program typically assists our patients with the transition back to daily routines after being away from these activities due to their injury/ailment.
